About Bryan
My passion for fitness began in childhood, inspired by my father's dedication to bodybuilding. Growing up, I stayed active by participating in sports such as baseball, football, and lacrosse. A lower back injury in college sparked my interest in rehabilitation, leading me to work in physical and occupational therapy and eventually pursue a career as a trainer. I have experience working with a wide range of individuals, from adolescents to older adults and from complete beginners to Division 1 athletes. As a competitive powerlifter, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for strength training and the empowerment it brings—there's nothing quite like the reward of lifting something you once thought impossible. My goal is to help you build good habits and develop a mindset that promotes a healthy relationship with fitness. I strive to help you see fitness as a lifelong tool for feeling good, improving your overall well-being, and increasing your longevity.
